Dr. Paul Brillhart
Family Practice
Board
certified in family practice, Dr. Brillhart believes that his specialty
(Family Practice) provides the best opportunity for comprehensive
health care and long-term care of patients. He is a member of the
American Academy of Family Practice, the American Medical Association,
the Idaho Medical Association
and ACAM - American College for
Advancement in Medicine. Born in Los Angeles,
he graduated from the Oral Roberts School of Medicine and completed his
residency at UC-Irvine, CA. After residency, Dr. Brillhart did
missionary work in Guatemala for 3 years and Mexico, as well as Africa.
Prior to Family Health Care of Post Falls, he spent 12 years in
practice in Escondido, CA.
He now resides in
Post Falls with his wife and son. He speaks fluent Spanish and enjoys
running, surfing, photography, skiing and the outdoors. He has a heart
for missions.

Dr. John L. Pennings

John Pennings is a leader in minimally invasive surgical practices in
the Inland Northwest. He uses state-of-the-art, minimally-invasive
surgical methods to treat disorders of the chest and gastrointestinal
systems. Dr. Pennings specializes in advanced laparoscopic techniques.
He also performs Endoscopic procedures and is a well respected General
Surgeon, Board Certified by the American Board of Surgery.
Dr.
Pennings attended the University of Minnesota School of Medicine, and
completed his residency requirements at Emanuel Hospital and Health
Center and the Oregon Health Sciences University Hospital. He is a
Fellow of the American College of Surgeons.

Dr. Antoine Sarkis
Minimally Invasive Surgery Northwest
Dr
Sarkis has been in practice in North Idaho since 1997. He has a special
interest in the management of benign and malignant diseases of the
breast and is a member of the American Society of Breast Surgeons. Dr.
Sarkis performs endoscopy and a variety of minimally invasive, as well
as more traditional surgical techniques, to diagnose and manage
diseases of the gastrointestinal tract.
Dr.
Sarkis received his medical education at Saint Joseph University School
of Medicine in Lebanon. He completed his surgical training at Saint
Vincent's Hospital and Medical Center of New York and at New York
Medical College. He is board certified by the American College of
Surgeons.
He joined Minimally
Invasive Surgery in 2001 to serve patients seeking state-of-the-art
diagnosis and management of diseases of the breast and gastrointestinal
tract. He offers minimally invasive, as well as more traditional
surgical interventions for a variety of disease states.

John C. Stakow M.D.
Minimally Invasive Surgery Northwest
Dr. Stackow has practiced in North Idaho for over 15 years, specializing in management of surgical diseases of the abdomen, breast and hernias with particular interest in laparoscopic surgery. He received his Bachelors of Science degree from the University of Notre Dame and completed his medical education at New York University and St. Vincent Medical Center in New York University and St. Vincent Medical Center in New York City. He is a Board Certified Fellow of the American College of Surgeons.
Dr. Stackow grew up in Wappinger Falls, NY and been married to Lori for 15 years. Their children are Tessa, Madeline and Tucker. The enjoy camping, boating, skiing, and other outdoor activities North Idaho has to offer.
