Christopher Billingslea M.D.
Family Practice

Dr. Chris Billingslea is a family practitioner, with expertise in general health care for every age and stage of life. He joined the team of specialists at Northwest Specialty Hospital in 2004 to be close to the medical needs of the Post Falls community, where he lives with his own family.

Dr. Billingslea is a graduate of the College of Osteopathic Medicine Pacific and completed his residency at the De Witt Army Community Hospital. He is Board Certified in Family Medicine by the American Board of Family Medicine.

Paul Brillhart M.D.
Family Practice

Board certified in family practice, Dr. Brillhart believes that his specialty (Family Practice) provides the best opportunity for comprehensive health care and long-term care of patients. He is a member of the American Academy of Family Practice, the American Medical Association, the Idaho Medical Association and

ACAM - American College for Advancement in Medicine.Born in Los Angeles, he graduated from the Oral Roberts School of Medicine and completed his residency at UC-Irvine, CA. After residency, Dr. Brillhart did missionary work in Guatemala for 3 years and Mexico, as well as Africa. Prior to Family Health Care of Post Falls, he spent 12 years in practice in Escondido, CA.

He now resides in Post Falls with his wife and son. He speaks fluent Spanish and enjoys running, surfing, photography, skiing and the outdoors. He has a heart for missions.

Michael Monohan M.D.
Post Falls Family Medicine

Michael Monohan D.O. is a Board Certified Family Physician who joined Post Falls Family Medicine in 2006 after moving from Colville, Washington where he completed a rural training track residency through Family Medicine of Spokane. Prior to that Dr. Monohan spent time as a Lt. Commander in the U.S. Navy in support of Operation Iraq Freedom. He received his Bachelor of Science Degree at Eastern Oregon University and a Doctorate through Ohio University College of Osteopathic Medicine. He lives with his wife Heather and their five children in Otis Orchards, Washington. He enjoys spending time in outdoor pursuits and following his children through their many sports endeavors.

David Souvenir M.D.
Infectious Diseases

Dr. Souvenir graduated from Medical College of Wisconsin (Milwaukee) in 1993. He completed residency in 1996 from Internal Medicine Spokane. He also completed Infectious Disease Fellowship in 1998 from the University of Utah in Salt Lake City.

Dr. Souvenir is board certified in both internal medicine and infectious diseases.

Dr. Souvenir requires a referral from a physician, hospital or urgent care center for each patient. He also requires medical records be sent before the patient's appointment. Dr. Souvenir is not a primary care provider. He cares for patients with many different kinds of infections: pneumonia, endocarditis, skin, bone, joint infections, hepatitis, HIV.

John C. Stackow M.D.
Minimally Invasive Surgery Northwest

Dr. Stackow has practiced in North Idaho for over 15 years, specializing in management of surgical diseases of the abdomen, breast and hernias with particular interest in laparoscopic surgery. He received his Bachelors of Science degree from the University of Notre Dame and completed his medical education at New York University and St. Vincent Medical Center in New York University and St. Vincent Medical Center in New York City. He is a Board Certified Fellow of the American College of Surgeons.

Dr. Stackow grew up in Wappinger Falls, NY and been married to Lori for 15 years. Their children are Tessa, Madeline and Tucker. The enjoy camping, boating, skiing, and other outdoor activities North Idaho has to offer.

Anthony Peters D.O.

Anthony Peters D.O. is a Board Certified Family Physician who graduated from the University of Michigan with a Bachelor of Sciences Degree and received his Doctor of Osteopathy at Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine. Dr. Peters completed his residency at Family Medicine Spokane in 2001, before joining Post Falls Family Medicine. Dr. Peters, his wife Andrea and their two children live in Post Falls and enjoy many activities the Northwest has to offer, including hunting, fishing, skiing and golfing.
