Facial and Body Plastic Surgery is offered at Northwest Specialty Hospital, including both reconstructive and cosmetic surgeries. Procedures include skin and bone grafting, treatment of skin malignancies, some tumor procedures, burn treatment, ear and nose reconstruction, and breast reconstruction. Surgeries of the hand are performed at NWSH.

 Dr. F. Mark Owsley
Facial Plastic Surgery and Plastic Cosmetic and Reconstructive Surgery
Dr. Mark Owsley is a native of North Idaho. He is noted for his work in breast reconstruction and endoscopic breast augmentation. His other specialties include face and body lifts, and facial rejuvenation.
Dr. Owsley attended Carroll College in Helena, MT before earning his medical degree at St. Louis University Medical School. At the University of Texas Medical Branch Hospital, he completed a six year residency in general surgery program followed by a three year plastic surgery program His lifelong family connections and love of the Coeur d’Alene area drew him back to our area in 1995 where he began his practice in plastic surgery.
