Dr. James P. Osmanski II.
Northwest Center for Sleep Medicine Medical Director of Diagnostic Sleep Center

Dr. Osmanski received his undergraduate degree from the University of Rhode Island and his medical degree from Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine in Kirksville, Missouri. He completed an internship at Normandy Osteopathic Hospital in St. Louis and then completed his residency in internal medicine at Brown University. He completed his fellowships in pulmonary and critical care medicine at the University of Massachusetts Medical Center.

Dr. Osmanski has served on the faculty at Brown University-affiliated Miriam Hospital, in Providence, RI, and at the University of Massachusetts Medical Center.

Dr. Osmanski is certified by the American Board of Sleep Medicine and also by the American Board of Internal Medicine in the specialties of Sleep, Pulmonary, and Critical Care Medicine.

He is a Fellow of both the American Academy of Sleep Medicine and the American College of Chest Physicians. He has practiced in North Idaho since 1998.

Patty Morgan
Manager

With over 20 years experience in sleep therapy, Patty is the manager of the Northwest Specialty Hospital Sleep Center. She has a strong commitment to technical expertise and custormer service.

For the first 15 years of her career she trained and worked in the field of EEG and sleep therapy, becoming registered in both fields. While training in sleep therapy, she also completed a Bachelor's degree in English from Lewis-Clark State College in Lewiston, ID. She has served as the Idaho representative for the Pacific Northwest Sleep Association and as Vice President and President of the Idaho Sleep Disorders Association. Most recently she has assisted in the start-up of sleep labs and sleep study scoring. Through the development of highly motivated teams and the growing of sleep medicine she continues to be successful in providing quality, innovative services while keeping patient satisfaction.
