Do you require me to be vaccinated in order to schedule my procedure/visit?
No.
Do I need a negative COVID test prior to my procedure?
No.
Who do I contact if I need to cancel my appointment after hours in the event that I am exposed to COVID-19?
Please call us at (208) 262-2300 and leave us a voicemail message and we will do our best to respond to your voicemail at our earliest opportunity. We do offer monoclonal antibody treatment at an off-campus clinic. Are you still masking?
Yes, we require everyone visiting our facilities to wear a mask unless you have a medical exemption. If you are a patient claiming an exemption please call us from your vehicle and we will escort you from your vehicle to the room when once your room is ready. If you are not a patient, but do not want to wear a mask we require that you seek alternative methods of contact rather than in person.

Are you doing temperature checks?
A complimentary temperature check station is offered to help you and other guests at our facility monitor their temperature to make sure that it is within the acceptable limits and determine whether they or others may be symptomatic.
