Can I make my appointment over the phone, I don’t have internet or an email?
While we wish we had the resources to help everyone over the phone, we do not. Please ask a family member or trusted friend who has a computer or smart phone to help you schedule online. If you do not have someone who can help you, please call the NWSH COVID Help Line at (208) 209-3230 and we will help you schedule an appointment.

Not really. If you have made an appointment, you can cancel online or call (208) 209-3230. If you must cancel, there is no guarantee when the next appointment may be available. You will need to go back to nwsh.com and check for availability.

You will be scheduled for your second vaccine in the clinic waiting room after receiving your first vaccine, BEFORE you leave the clinic.

How far apart are the two vaccines?
This is determined by the manufacturer. Second dose of Pfizer is given 21 days (or more) after the first vaccine. Second dose of Moderna is given 28 days (or more) after the first vaccine.

We are provided with both Pfizer and Moderna. For your first vaccine, you will be provided whichever vaccine has been provided to us. Your second vaccine must be from the same manufacturer as your first vaccine.

Each appointment is approximately 25 minutes. Appointments consist of check-in, vaccination, and then 15 minutes of observation after your vaccine.
