We have some exciting changes to share at Northwest Specialty Hospital! We have a new landlord.

This news does not just affect our team it impacts our entire community in a very positive way. Hammes Partners, our new landlord, is helping us expand patient care in our region by making $20 million worth of improvements to the buildings on Northwest Specialty Hospital’s campus over the next several years.

This investment in our facilities will allow us to add new service lines, expand parking on our campus and making important upgrades for our patients. Together, we will be able to give our friends and neighbors access to more healthcare choices close to home.

Already work is in progress! By early 2023, our hospital will boast a new interventional radiology suite and an additional 200 parking spots.

Hammes Partners is a national healthcare real estate investment firm. They decided to purchase the buildings occupied by Northwest Specialty Hospital and make additional investments in our campus because they believe in supporting physician-owned hospitals. They understand our unique model of care and believe in the value we can provide our growing community.

Our involvement with Hammes Partners is solely a real estate transaction. They purchased the buildings occupied by Northwest Specialty Hospital from a group of local doctors, some of whom decided to maintain their ownership in the buildings by rolling their ownership interest into the new deal with Hammes Partners.

Rest assured, Northwest Specialty Hospital continues to be physician-owned and operated by the same leadership team you’ve known and trusted for decades.
