Randil Clark, MD, PhD
Urology
Dr. Clark has been practicing urology in Coeur d’ Alene since 1990. He received his undergraduate training at Arizona State University, followed by graduate training at the University of California at Davis where he received his PhD in physiology. He served as a postdoctoral research fellow at the National Institutes of Health then returned for medical school to the University of California at Irvine. He completed residency training in surgery and urology at the University of Arizona in 1990 before joining North Idaho Urology. He is certified by the American Board of Urology, Fellow of the American College of Surgeons, and the Society of Laparoendoscopic Surgeons. Dr. Clark provides a full range of urologic care including robotic surgery and laparoscopy. He has a special interest in voiding dysfunction and female urology and is a member of the Society for Urodynamics and Female Urology (SUFU). He is married with five children and enjoys outdoor activities and travel.

Ian Udell, MD
Urology
Dr. Udell was raised in McCall, Idaho, and Bigfork, Montana. He attended Medical School in San Antonio, Texas, and a Urology residency at The University of North Carolina Chapel Hill. He has been practicing Urologic Surgery since 2015 in Raleigh, NC, and is certified by the American Board of Urology. He and his wife relocated to CDA with their two daughters and two French Bulldogs (Hank Williams Jr and Dolly Parton). He has a special interest in Laparoscopic and Robotic Surgery, Prostate and Kidney cancer treatment, and the advanced treatment of Erectile Dysfunction, Male Urinary Leakage, and cancer survivorship. This includes advanced surgical placement of an Inflatable Penile Prosthesis, a Male sling, and an Artificial Urinary Sphincter. When not seeing patients, he can be found with his family on the lake wakeboarding, or in the mountains snowboarding.
